This was the best experience buying a car I have ever had. Everyone was friendly and courteous. There was no run around or going back and forth on financing. Hands down the best dealership experience ever! Mike in finance went above and beyond to make sure I got my dream car and advocating for me to the loan company as I am self employed and needed a lot of different information and paperwork. Mike in sales hands down, changed the stigma that salesman have! He listened to what I needed and wanted, he was very down to earth, very patient and honest and was fun to work with! We were at the finish line of what had been a great buying experience, and that final interaction left a disappointing impression. It’s frustrating when one person’s attitude overshadows the hard work of others. I’d still recommend working with John and Mike, they were fantastic. However management-level customer interaction needs improvement.

Quick service and good customer service

Brought my 2023 Malibu in to have the turbo replaced. The service team was quick to diagnose the issue and do the repair work. I had my vehicle back the same day! Thank you Quirk and your amazing service team!

For some reason thay don't want to fix my truck right

This is the 2nd vehicle that I purchased from Quirk. Cassius was absolutely amazing to deal with.

Overpriced service. They don't clean cars. I bought a new suv here. The service dept made me call parts to see if the had my part before they would schedule my repair instead of checkinv themselves. Lazy people. And the sales people chase you waving arms in the lot when all you are doing is dripping off you car for service.

John Q found what I was looking for at a good price with a few extras. I'm very happy with my 2026 Colorado

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP Did a FANTASTIC deal on a pre-owned vehicle, and spent several thousand dollars LESS than what I had anticipated. The car had one previous owner, very low mileage and is like new! The good: The sales rep, John Quatrano, couldn't have been more efficient and personable. He contacted me because one of the mechanics there, Bob, said he would keep me in mind if a good deal became available. I told John about my requirements, and he made it clear that if I wanted to buy, it was highly likely we could close a deal acceptable to me ASAP, which would include a trade-in of my existing vehicle, regardless of the condition it was in. I went there that day for a test drive. John gave me all the time I needed to ask him questions and test drive the vehicle on my own. I knew I'd found the car for me. He asked Bob the mechanic to meet me, at my request. Bob had examined the car and was very friendly, giving suggestions for future maintenance, which I appreciated. John then took me to see Drew, the Finance Manager, who had all the paperwork ready quickly. He was very friendly and efficient.  All that was left to do was close the auto loan the next day. I was pre-approved for financing, and I appreciated Drew setting it up for me to close at the credit union instead of the dealership, saving me several hundred dollars in dealer fees. Before I left, John told me one of his colleagues would fill in for him when I picked up the car, as he wouldn't be there. The Not-So-Good (since resolved, see above): The next day, I called John's pleasant colleague, whom I'd met the day before. He told me he wouldn't be available because he had to deliver another vehicle, and gave me the name of a colleague who would take care of everything. That person was waiting for me at the front door and was very congenial and helpful (removed my license plates from my trade-in, removed a trip-tracking device from my trade-in, gave me some extra hardware for attaching license plates). I told him I would be back to drop off the keys with him to my trade-in. I met with Drew for about 10 minutes, and when I went back to the sales area, the person who was helping me wasn't there. The only people in the area were two men, who were sitting and chatting together. They didn't ask me if I needed assistance, but I did get their attention by asking where the other sales rep was and where the keys to my new car were. They didn't know and weren't very helpful, but I went out to the car and found the keys in the ignition, engine running. While this last episode initially detracted from what would have been a perfect experience, a manager called me a day after my orginal review posted, and said he would address my concerns with the individuals involved. I felt confident that this would be done, so this overall was a perfect experience!

Inspection failed for no tint certificate, which is new to me since I've never had a tinted vehicle previously, but not a big deal. The front end noise was never diagnosed as discussed, but it passed regardless. Being a mechanic myself, I knew what and where the noise was coming from, but was hoping to have it confirmed while it was there and possibly repaired since I didnt particularly want to deal with it. I will just replace the part myself, but overall it was an okay experience.

The team at Quirk always takes excellent care of my car. They are skilled, efficient, and polite.

The Service Dept. here is fantastic! We were visiting Portland from Central NY last Saturday (6/7), and about to head home when the electronic stability control stopped working on my Chevy Silverado. It couldn't be driven and had to be towed. Quirk Chevrolet was close to our hotel and said their Service Dept. was open until noon. AAA got us their about 10:00. The service technician ran a scan and found that the engine wiring harness had worn through and shorted out. Luckily the parts were in stock and repairs were completed just after noon. If the parts had not been in stock, or if the problem wasn't found quickly, we would have been booking a hotel until Monday. Thank you Quirk Chevrolet for getting us back on the road quickly on a Saturday morning!!
